Dear Manuela;
I am the lucky owner of three of your books thanks to Dieter Neuber. Each one is a delight and now following 8 years of living in Switzerland I am entranced by your Winter in the Alps edition.
You're ability to intermix an epicurean form of journalism with photo journalism is outstanding.
We made your Gluwein recipe on Christmas day which rec'd a unaminous vote of the best ever tasted anywhere.
Congratulations on each edition! Your three books stand proudly on the countertop of a kitchen in Asheville NC, USA
