Hi Manuela: I am a South African, originally from Cape Town, but now living in Tulsa, Oklahoma and I found your book Under the Olive Tree on a visit to South Africa! I absolutely loved it. I have previously visited Lake Como, which we really enjoyed, and after reading your book, we thought our next trip should be Lake Lugano. As you have spent so much time there, I was wondering if you had any tips of where to stay, what to see, etc. We were hoping to rent a house to sleep 4-5 people, and would like to be able to go to markets and cook for ourselves. That way we would get to experience the Lake as a "local" and not be isolated in a hotel. We would like to spend about two weeks in one place and be able to do day trips from there, nor not!
