unable ti get on We Speak Methadone

As most of you know I have been coming on here for a while and have never really had a problem for whatever reason.
That is untill approx.3 days ago.I was suddenly getting a post that said I was unable to get on because I had become banned and or barred for the sight for no reason.At least none were given.
Now i have been known to write some fairly off the wall statements and have also made some rather goofy statements but nothuing did I ever consider would get be kicked off.
If This has occurred and someone has been offended in some way,please excuse me and confront me,not block my access to this sight.It reminded me of the old chat room crap that some one would do to stop or boot a person from the room.
I dont know why or how this happened but I honestly hope someone finds out who is doinh it and why and would kindly adress me in person rather than remain anonomous(sp) and cause undue worry for reasons known only to the person causeing it.

No recross it wasnt anything to do with you..Unless it was something I had done too...I was unable to get on to here OR the dog...It was saying something about you are forbidden access to this site or something along those lines... I thought at first it was something to do with the settings being messed with on my laptop because I had let my stepson and his girlfriend use it the other night and you never know... I mean it was working before I let them use it and not after so my suspicions had a foundation even if they didnt pan out...
Well after not being able to get on either site again last night I decided to try out a sort of test....So I went straight to the readybb site and tried to get on one of their other forums...I didnt care which one just any I could find...Well After I clicked on the browse forums tab and got the acccess forbidden across the top of that screen 3 or 4 rows of it I realized it was the server having the trouble NOT anything I had done....

Long story short(lol) it wasnt you or me it was the entire server site...

I got the same message and my first thought was I got kicked off here for a recent post to a not so sane poster. It was frustrating. Then I tried Watchdog and got the same message. I went to the NAMA site and it was saying some parts were having problems and it gave an email address, so I sent an email. Oh well, I think the readybb server was just having trouble. I was just relieved that I wasn't kicked off this site. I may not post everyday, but I try to at least stop in and see what's goin on daily. I was seriously wandering what the heck I was gonna do if I couldn't get back on here! Glad to be back on!

Me too everybody. I been trying since Thursday I think, cuz I wanted to find out how it went with DDs problem. Same thing "forbidden access on this server" Soooo, I thought I needed to change my server number or something. Last night my grandson was over and I was explaining it to him and Walla, I'm on We speak!! he said that they needed to change one of the numbers in their http:// ........ in order to fix the problem. I'm sure glad it was fixed. I was a bit crabby w/out my AM daily fix with all you guys

Wow I am so glad I wasnt the only one that got banned or whatever for whatever lol,all is well now and I hope it doesnt happen again,made me a worried wreck,couldnt think of a thing I did wrong and well,,,ya know how it is when ya cant remember doing whatever it is you did that was wrong,even if it wasnt.shit,I bet I couldnt right all that again if I had to lol

Sounds like we all had similar problems and tried similar tests and what not.
I always try to type a long URL, without the extra words at the end, when I come across URL problems anywhere..
For example, on this site, without the wespeakmethadone/posting/ etc, etc.
Which is basically , the readybb.com/nama
or without the nama....I tried it all. When I tried the WD site and saw the same error message I knew the board was down..
But I did get worried when the message CHANGED on me, mid-way through the outage, and went from the famous 404 error message, to the
whatever number forbidden one..
I even googled the forbidden error and saw what common error message it is.....and I have to roll my eyes that the geeks see fit to use these ominous sounding names, like forbidden, or illegal...

First time I got a computer error (years ago) saying "this computer has performed an illegal something or other" I about fainted.....I thought I'm gonna go to the big house.....and I don't even know why....

I am curious, Jenn, what email did you get and, from who?

Today was the first day I was able to get on in over 4 days...I told my hubby ....this is not happening....in fact on Sunday I had him try his "little" side tricks....but it was not having it....in fact....I got a brand new earror message....page not found..error message.....let me telll ya'll soemthign.....you sure don't know what you have until it's GONE.....I was literly freaking out......thinking..I am so stupid for not writing down emails addresses...etc.....thinking they are all going to think I just vanished on not think a thing about it.....anyway....nice to know I am back here.....and it must have been something a bit bigger than me...but weird......glad to be back...goldie

Sounds like many of us were having our own little freak outs....

Like they say you just don't know what you have until you don't have it any more....I used to have this gratefulness type of quote, something like :
"imagine if you lost everything you have, and then got it back again"
Well that pretty much describes how I now feel, being able to be here.

I want to remember to be grateful for it while I have it.
